Too long of a lineup at both drive through and counter almost 10 minute wait for 2 small ice caps and one doughnut. Must improve. Parking lot is terrible can't access majority of parking spots because of the excessively long drive through line. Plus if you do find a spot nobody lets you back out because of this drive through issue.

Quick and an almost every day stop before work. Entrances could use some work and gets quite backed up onto the main road during rush hours.

Service is slow. Attention goes to the drive-thru . Although they have double the staff on the drive thru they do not know how to work as a team.
