  I called and described my issue. They tried to help me over the phone. I was not sure I understood so went to them. They were very helpful and walked me thru the process. Went home and fixed my issue. Thank You very much. One happy customer here.

  Dropped of my Cub Cadet Lawn tractor for repairs indicating an oil leak, rough running engine and cutting deck issues. Two weeks later I picked it up only to discover the Service Dept had given up on diagnosing the problems. They were not committed to resolving the issues for me at all. Labor cost were way over their original estimate for the work that they did do. I took my lawn tractor home very dissatisfied.

  I prefer to deal with a specialty store like this for the service. It was nice to try out the different ride mower types and style you want and an even better value than the big stores. I like my 50" Cub Cadet lawn tractor.
